You may not be familiar with inositol, but it plays an important role in your cellular health.  Your body needs inositol for optimum health at the cellular level.

Inositol is part of the b-complex vitamins and is required for proper formation of cell membranes.  Found in nuts, beans, wheat, cantaloupe and oranges, deficiencies in inositol causes hair loss, constipation, eye abnormalities and high cholesterol.  High concentrations of inositol are found in the lens of the human eye, as well as the heart.

Body builders have been using inositol for years to help prepare for bodybuilding competitions.  The rest of the population is now discovering that this lipotropic fat burner can help aid in general weight loss.

Inositol affects nerve transmission and helps in transporting fats within the body.  Insoitol helps to liquefy fats and moves fat from the liver and aids in transporting fat in the blood system.  Therefore, it is a great supplement for redistributing body fat.

If you have started a healthy eating and exercise program, inositol may help you with your fat loss.  Inositol is available from your local health store or click here to purchase from Physician’s Preference.
