Supplements for Uterine Fibroids / Endometriosis
The following are recommended supplements for those with Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids:
Fibroid Tumors:
1. COQ10 – 60 mg to promote immune function and tissue oxygenation.
2. Magnesium – 400 mg to supply body with the needed minerals
3. Alpha Lipoic Acid – 300 mg water and fat soluble to help with liver functions.
4. Milk Thistle – 1-3 capsules per day powerful antioxidant that supports the liver while promoting the elimination of toxins.
